Small classes with time for personal attention
+ 90-minute classes to get a well-rounded experience
+ very experienced teachers within their Yoga style.

Book Jack’s Hatha Yoga classes on Yoganet. Jack teaches in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and in English but you can get  explanations in Danish as needed. Most classes can also be taken via Zoom.
Drop-in 125 DKK for 90 minutes; 5 classes 450 DKK; 10 classes 800 DKK.

Pia is taking care of you when you show-up for her weekly Yin class taught primarily in Danish.

We are currently looking to bring Vinyasa class(es) back -- stay tuned.

Please bring your Yoga mat.
You can store your mat at YC for 25 DKK/month to be paid on Yoganet.
