Anu is a yoga teacher, choreographer, and has a degree in dance
pedagogue. She did her yoga teacher training (200 hours, hatha
yoga, EUY) in Saarijärvi, Finland in 2008 as well as additional
training in prenatal and postnatal yoga at the same institution.
Anu teaches hatha, vinyasa, pre- and postnatal classes.
Anu’s classes are gentle and soft, energizing and grounding, with
the focus on alignment. Her aim is to encourage students to move
mindfully, and while focusing on breath, connecting deeply to the
inner self.
“Yoga inspires me in many ways since there is always something to
learn and ways to go deeper. There is also a great effect on general
wellbeing. I enjoy teaching yoga and my hope is that when students
leave the class, they feel more peaceful, refreshed, and ready to
take on the rest of their day.“
